What you receive
Vesperk makes GIFs with AI. Results can change identity, expression or movement. Quality is under review. Do not present a generated result as proof of a real event.
Test payments
No real sales are enabled. Basic is US$9.99/month for three credits per week; Plus is US$19.99/month for ten. Credits reset Monday at 00:00 UTC without rollover. Extra credits cost US$1.99 and expire at that reset, even if unused. Payment completed after reset receives an extra credit for the new week.
Trial and account abuse
A successful card setup starts a 24-hour trial with one credit. The selected monthly plan renews automatically after the trial unless canceled first. One trial is allowed per Discord account and card. Do not create accounts or change payment methods to bypass trial or usage limits. Cancel trial renewal in your library, or choose Start paid membership now to pay early. Paid credits arrive only after successful payment. Unused trial credit expires when the trial ends or paid membership starts.
Sharing
You decide where to share a downloaded result. Follow Discord’s rules and the rights that apply to your source media. Do not use Vesperk for fraud, harassment or harmful impersonation.
Before launch
A qualified reviewer must check consumer rights, business details, payment terms, jurisdiction, service availability and the handling of complaints. This draft does not waive rights that the law protects.
