A little help
goes a long way.

How do I start?
Choose Start free trial and sign in with Discord. Check the free trial terms and add a card in Stripe checkout. Then open Vemmy in Discord: add your face, send a GIF or picture, and confirm when you are ready to use 1 credit.
How do I sign in with a code in Discord?
Choose Use a code in Discord on the sign-in page. Copy the code shown on this website. Open your private DM with Vemmy, paste the code as a message, and send it. Tap Yes on Vemmy’s sign-in message. Return to the same browser tab; it signs you in automatically. Keep that tab open while you use Discord. If you do not have a Vemmy DM yet, use Sign in with Discord to add Vemmy first. Never send a sign-in code that another person gave you.
Where is my DM with Vemmy?
After sign-in, choose Open Vemmy in Discord on your account page. Check Message Requests if you cannot see the DM. Use the same Discord account that you used on this website. If no DM link appears, choose Send me the DM. If delivery failed, the account page shows steps to check your Discord settings and Try again.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible accounts get 3 GIF credits for 24 hours. A card is required. The 24 hours start after card setup and verified activation. When the free trial ends, the plan you chose renews monthly or yearly, plus tax, unless you cancel first in Account → Settings → Cancel renewal. Prices: Basic US$3.33/month (US$39.99 billed yearly) or US$3.99/month; Plus US$6.67/month (US$79.99 billed yearly) or US$7.99/month. One free trial per Discord account and card. Your account shows the exact end time and renewal price. Your first 3 trial GIFs have a Vemmy watermark. New GIFs and pictures have no watermark once paid coverage starts. Starting a paid plan also unlocks clean downloads of saved trial results. Canceling renewal alone does not remove watermarks.
What is a credit?
1 GIF or picture uses 1 credit. Basic includes 10 GIFs (10 credits) each month and Plus includes 30 GIFs (30 credits) each month. Plan credits reset each month on the date shown in your account and do not roll over. Yearly plans give credits each month, not all at once. With an active plan or free trial, you can buy 5 extra credits for US$2.99. Pack credits expire after 30 days or when access ends, whichever comes first. Your account shows each pack’s balance and expiry. Existing plans keep their current terms until you change plans.
Which GIFs and pictures can I use?
Send a GIF from Discord’s GIF picker, a GIF or short video file, a supported link, or a JPG, PNG or WebP picture. A GIF can be up to 12 seconds long. Vemmy needs 1 to 3 clear faces: real people, anime, cartoon and 3D characters, and animals all work. Animal faces are harder, so Vemmy tells you before you confirm. Logos, nudity, and tiny, blurry or hidden faces do not work. The check is free and never uses a credit. You can have up to 50 failed checks in 24 hours; checks that pass do not count. Use media you have permission to use.
Can I put more than one face in a GIF?
Yes. When a GIF or picture has 2 or 3 faces, Vemmy asks you to pick a saved face for each one, from left to right. You can use the same face more than once. It still uses 1 credit. A GIF with more than 3 faces does not pass the check.
What photo should I save for my face?
For best results, use a clear headshot with most of the head visible. Use one clear main person or animal per photo. Small, incidental people or animals in the background are fine. A person’s photo from the hips up can pass if the head is clear. Animal photos can show more around the head. Avoid full-body photos of people or tiny, distant heads. Vemmy rejects group photos or photos with more than one main subject. You can save up to 50 faces. Drawn and anime faces work too. This guidance is for the face photo you save, not the GIF or picture you want to change. Use your own adult face or get the adult subject’s permission.
Do I have to upload my photo every time?
No. Save a face once and give it a name. Use it again in Discord or manage it in Account → Faces. Use your own face or get the adult subject’s permission before uploading theirs. You can upload up to 50 photos in 24 hours, in Discord and on the website together.
How do I change my saved face?
Open Account → Faces. Add a photo and let Vemmy check it. Then name it and confirm permission. In Discord, use Change face to select another saved face. Removing a saved face prevents future use; it does not remove copies of GIFs you already shared.
What happens if a GIF fails?
The check before each GIF is free. Making a GIF uses 1 credit after you confirm. A failed generation returns its reserved credit to the original allowance period, subject to that period’s expiry. If the result is uncertain, the credit stays reserved while the job is checked. Contact support if a job remains unresolved.
Will my GIF look exactly like the original?
A new version can change the face, expression, motion, or background. Some results look better than others. Vemmy looks over each result, and if it doesn’t look quite right she offers to try again for one more credit. A delivered result keeps its credit used, even if it didn’t turn out well. Check your result before sharing it, and do not use it as proof of a real event.
How long can I download a GIF?
Vemmy keeps your GIFs and pictures until you delete your private data. Account → GIFs shows the 40 newest; download them there. A saved face stays until you remove it or delete your private data.
How do I cancel?
Open Account → Settings → Cancel renewal. This works for a free trial and for a paid plan. Your access continues until the end time shown there, and you are not charged again. If a payment failed, Membership shows Update payment method with Cancel renewal in Stripe beside it: that stops future renewals, but a payment that already failed may still be due. Removing the Discord app or signing out does not cancel billing.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account → Settings → Delete private data. Review the billing status first: deleting data does not cancel renewal. We retain limited payment, trial-eligibility, security, and job records where needed. Discord messages and downloaded copies remain outside Vesperk.
Is Vemmy part of Discord?
No. Vemmy is made by Vesperk, an independent company. Discord provides sign-in and the chat interface.
