Refunds and cancellation

Failed GIFs
A failed job returns reserved credits to the original allowance period. Expired credits do not move into a new week. An unknown job outcome keeps a credit hold until it is checked.
Cancel a subscription
Use /billing in Discord or Manage billing in your library. Cancellation stops later renewals. Access continues through the verified paid period.
Money refunds
A money refund is separate from a failed-GIF credit refund. The production refund process and public contact are awaiting review. We will honor consumer rights that apply. Test refunds are recorded for operator review.
