What we keep
We keep your Discord account ID, display name, saved face names, encrypted prepared face images, recent GIF files, job status and credit records. We do not request your Discord email, friends list or message history for website sign-in.
How images are used
A photo is prepared to save the selected face. GIF generation sends the selected media and face images to the configured model service. Local encryption does not hide an image from a model service while it makes your GIF.
Time limits
GIF access expires after 24 hours by default. A cleanup task removes expired inputs, previews and results every ten minutes while the bot runs. Saved faces remain until removed. Backups need a separate retention plan before launch. Replicate documents one-hour automatic API-media retention by default; downstream services may differ. We do not promise immediate external deletion.
Your choices
Remove a saved face or choose Delete my data to remove your private library, pending GIFs and sign-ins. Payment and minimal job/report records remain. Deletion does not cancel a subscription. Shared downloads can remain with other people. A public privacy contact still needs setup.
Cookies and payments
The website uses essential sign-in and sign-in security cookies. It has no analytics or advertising scripts. Stripe test checkout handles card details. Vesperk stores Stripe identifiers and a hash of the card fingerprint to limit repeat trials, never card numbers or security codes. Trial eligibility records remain after library deletion to prevent repeat trials.
Operator
The business country is Canada. The legal business name, mailing address and public contact details must be supplied before launch.
